Directions to Oak House, Brockhall Village

Brockhall Village is located off the main A59 road between Preston and Clitheroe.

From Preston take the A59 towards Clitheroe.
Carry straight on at the Ribchester turnoff (B6245)
After 1½ miles turn left at Northcote Manor (signposted “Brockhall Village” )
Turn right at “ T ” junction, then left into “ The Avenue ”.
There is a mini roundabout after the security gate.
Take the first left into “ The Drive”.
Oak House is on the right after 150 yards.

From Clitheroe take the A59 towards Preston.
Continue along the Whalley bypass.
Turn right at Northcote Manor, signposted “Brockhall Village”, (immediately after the Petre Arms roundabout).
Turn right at “ T ” junction, then left into “ The Avenue ”.
There is a mini roundabout after the security gate.
Take the first left into “ The Drive”.
Oak House is on the right after 150 yards.
